Procedures and documents for notarization of curriculum vitae
Motorcycles and cars are popular means of transport in Vietnam today. In order to transfer the ownership of these vehicles to another person, you not only need to have a specific contract but also should notarize it to transparently identify the information and interests of the two parties.

 

1. Where is the curriculum vitae certified?
The authentication of signatures on the curriculum vitae can be done at the following agencies, regardless of the place of permanent residence registration of the person requesting authentication:
- Commune People's Committee;
- Notary office or notary office;
- Division of Justice of districts, towns, provincial cities.
For example: If you are from Thai Binh, currently living and working in Hanoi, you can bring your CV to any Ward People's Committee, Notary Office, Notary Office in the city. Hanoi street for signature authentication.
2. What documents are required to authenticate the resume signature?
According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 24 of the Government's Decree 23/2015 on issuance of copies from master registers, authentication of copies from originals, authentication of signatures and authentication of contracts and transactions, when authentication is carried out. Resume signatures need to bring the following types of documents and documents:
- Original ID card (9 numbers or 12 numbers)/Citizen ID card/Passport still valid,
- Curriculum Vitae (can be declared in advance but not signed immediately).
