When Clients trust and need to use our services, we will assist Clients through Legal Consultancy Services Agreement in case by case or through Retainer Legal Consultancy Services. Depending on each field, depending on the investment and business activities, Clients will be consulted to ensure the rights in the investment process in Vietnam.

Clients will be advised primary consultants on projects in Vietnam such as conditions for participating in the project, the form, location, the procedure for the project so on;

In addition, we will help Clients implement the project in fact through the completion of legal procedures prescribed by law, including but not limited to the following works:

-                Researching investment environment and opportunities

-                Looking for and introducing cooperation business partner(s);

-                Consulting on land issues of investment project such as seeking and introduction of site, obtaining in-principle approval on the land site from competent authorities;

-                Recommending and providing the selection of ultimate cooperation/investment structure for the investment project;

-                Drafting and complete permit application for the project in accordance with regulations of laws and assisting the project until the project goes into operation;

-                Advising on investment incentives and assisting client in obtaining incentives treatments for investment project under the regulations of laws;

-                Assisting negotiations with partners and/or relevant competent authorities on business cooperation and/or investment conditions;

-                Advising and drafting all offical letter, documents in the process of business cooperation as Joint Venture Contract, Business Cooperation Contract, Charter for setting up enterprise;

-                Advising and assisting client in completing all relevant administrative procedures for deploying the investment project such as Investment License/Certificate, Certificate on Business Registration, etc.;

-                Assisting client in post-licensing works such as administrative procedures: seal registration, tax and import-export code registration, land use right certificate; building regulations, Rules and Collective agreement, Labor contracts as well as applying for permits as the construction permit, a practicing certificate, work permit, etc.

-                Advising and assisting Clients on adjustment, development and openning the project and/or setting up new project in Vietnam.

-                With respect to documents to be prepared by clients, we will assist on reviewing and re-checking them (if required).
