Co-operation form:
At the moment, there are three types of legal services agreement in Daiviet Group, including:
- Retainer services: This is the type of service that clients pay fees periodically. Monthly, Clients will be provided free services from 15 hours to 20 hours of consulting lawyers; Daiviet Group will send a summary of new documents issued concerning business operation weekly and monthly. The queries will be priority. If problems arise in the case, Daiviet Group will support and charged by the case. Costs calculated in this case will be given priority on the price compared to other clients.
- Legal Services in case by case: Clients unpay for these aforesaid fees. Daiviet Group will have and send suitable services proposal for case by case
- Legal services at the switchboard of 1088 (Extension No. 4.4 and No. 4.5): Daiviet Group assist free by the channel for clients who can speak Vietnamese.
